Job Title: Matrix Analyst

As a seasoned expert in matrix analysis, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining deep expertise in Matrixx, an integrated billing system. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business models, provide level 2 support for resolving technical issues related to production systems, and manage operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Matrixx, IN/Billing system.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and business models, and provide L2 support for resolving technical issues related to production systems.
  • Manage operations teams and liaise with onshore/offshore teams to bridge gaps and alert potential risks proactively.
  • Debug issues and identify root causes to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in user clarification sessions and new feature roll-outs for Billing systems.
  • Take charge of quality assurance for new features and report, manage, and track requirements and functional changes.
  • Experience with MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration (new products/Bundles/offers/Balances … etc.) is essential.
  • Proficiency in MATRIXX engine Task processing (API) and Events processing is required.
  • Knowledge of managing MATRIXX channel server, publishing server network integration architecture is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
