Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining UI automation tests for React web and React Native mobile applications.

  • Design and develop UI automation tests for React web and React Native mobile applications.
  • Write and maintain API automation tests for NestJS/Node.js backend services using Postman and scripting frameworks.
  • Collaborate with developers to define test strategies and ensure automation coverage across frontend, backend, and mobile applications.
  • Investigate test failures, analyze logs, and provide detailed defect reports.
  • Continuously improve automation frameworks for scalability and maintainability.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in QA automation.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for test scripting.
  • Experience with UI automation tools like Selenium or Cypress.
  • Proficiency in API testing and automation using Postman/Newman or similar frameworks.
  • Understanding of software testing principles, SDLC, and agile practices.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with mobile automation frameworks like Appium or Detox.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Locust.
