Job Description

Compensation and Benefits Specialist Role Summary:

Our organization seeks a skilled Compensation and Benefits specialist to lead our clients' Total Rewards design, implementation, and management. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compensation structures, pay ranges, and benefits packages aligned with market benchmarks and statutory requirements.
  • Develop and manage annual pay review and bonus processes to ensure fairness, equity, and compliance.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform Total Rewards strategies and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR Operations and Finance, to execute Benefits Programs and C&B projects.
  • Provide expert consulting advice to clients on rewards-related matters, including job evaluation and leveling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation roles, with a mix of consulting and field C&B preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Total Rewards design principles, business acumen, and job evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles, engaging with vendors, and managing budgets.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong communication skills.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • University degree in HR or related field, with a Masters/MBA strongly preferred.
  • Relevant certifications from recognized professional bodies.
