Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will define and drive the product vision, working closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality releases that meet regulatory requirements and differentiate us in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define the end-to-end product vision aligned with company goals and market trends in alternative investments. Conduct deep research to identify emerging opportunities and unmet needs.
  2. Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans. Prioritize and manage the product roadmap to balance short-term impact with long-term innovation.
  3. Champion user experience and design thinking across the product lifecycle.
  4. Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and track success metrics. Own KPIs around customer acquisition and retention.
  5. Build and lead a high-performing product team. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate product with technology, operations, legal, risk, and marketing functions.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • A minimum of 12 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Deep understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments.
    • Proven track record of building scalable B2C or B2B2C financial platforms or marketplaces.
    • Strong grasp of regulatory considerations in financial products.
    • Experience working with agile teams.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA a plus.
