Job Title: Director of Global Accounting and Reporting

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Global Accounting and Reporting to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our global accounting and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy an efficient, scalable, and fit-for-purpose global accounting and reporting process model.
  • Support the deployment of ERP and supporting finance systems by providing technical accounting, reporting, and controls knowledge for accounting and reporting processes.
  • Lead the global accounting and reporting operations team to deliver excellent service to the markets.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or other professional qualification with a minimum 10 years of experience in financial accounting and controls.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in leading a team and minimum 5 years of experience in leading a shared service managing 3PSPs and working with multicultural and multi-location teams.
