We are seeking an experienced Senior Drawing Manager to lead our draughtsman team and oversee the production of high-quality architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

  • Responsibilities will include reviewing and allocating drafting work based on project schedules and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards and company design protocols, and preparing detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and site teams for revisions and clarifications, maintaining a drawing repository, managing version control, and training junior draughtsmen.
  • Additionally, you will participate in client and consultant meetings when required for technical alignment, and ensure timely submission of construction drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.
Requirements
  • We are looking for someone with expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting tools, and a strong understanding of civil, architectural, and MEP drawings.
  • The ideal candidate should have the ability to lead a team and manage multiple project timelines, with excellent technical drawing interpretation and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices is also essential, as well as good communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
