Job Title: Manual QA Engineer (E-commerce)About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Engineer with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms to join our growing quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end testing of e-commerce workflows such as product listings, cart functionality, checkout, and payment integration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases (manual) for web and mobile platforms, performing regression, functional, integration, and UI testing for e-commerce features, identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA or similar, and validating fixes and conducting re-testing as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of experience as a Manual QA Tester
  • Proven experience testing e-commerce platforms or applications
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
  • Experience working with issue tracking tools like JIRA
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with cross-browser and mobile testing
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools
  • Familiarity with databases and ability to write basic SQL queries
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus but not required
  • Exposure to platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom-built e-commerce systems
