About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Experiential Design Specialist. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating two-dimensional visual designs for digital and printed materials, leveraging your expertise in graphic design principles and software proficiency.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, copywriters, 3D artists, and client servicing teams, to bring concepts to life and deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with brand strategies, ensuring a consistent and compelling visual narrative across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and other stakeholders to create high-quality assets that meet production requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, particularly in the experiential marketing and digital space, and integrate fresh ideas into your work.
  • Present design concepts to clients, articulating your creative vision and rationale while being open to feedback and iterations.
  • Foster a collaborative design culture within the team by guiding junior designers and working with other designers to achieve shared goals.
  • Collaborate with the events and activations team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet client needs.
  • Create 3D designs and visualizations for event spaces, stages, booths, and other experiential marketing elements using software like SketchUp or 3D Max.
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for fabrication and construction purposes using AutoCAD.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into your designs.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with the agility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in 3D modelling software, such as 3D Max and AutoCAD.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of lighting design and its impact on 3D spaces.

Salary Estimate: Rupee 15 Lakhs - Rupee 25 Lakhs per annum
