Language Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled Language Facilitator to bridge the communication gap between our team and clients. With expertise in Japanese language, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Strong ability to read, write, and speak fluently in Japanese.
  • Certifications: Higher level JLPT certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience working with Japanese clients and IT Service Management tools such as Service Now/Jira.
  • Work Environment: Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment on rotational shifts.
Requirements:
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

This role involves handling multiple responsibilities and working closely with cross-functional teams. As a Language Facilitator, you will be responsible for facilitating communication, resolving linguistic barriers, and ensuring that projects run smoothly.
