Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the sample management and item setup process.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to scale, monitor, and streamline the Vendor provided assets acquisition and product turn-in processes.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and drive the item setup process and improvements focusing on accuracy and consistent customer experience.

Requirements
