Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Fresh graduates or students pursuing graduation can apply.
  • Proficiency in V3 communication skills (verbal, written, vocal) is essential.
