We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our call center team as a Customer Service Associate. This role involves handling inbound customer queries and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Fresh graduates or students pursuing graduation can apply.
- Proficiency in V3 communication skills (verbal, written, vocal) is essential.
