Job Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a highly skilled individual to take on the role of a Customer Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be confident in building relationships and resolving complex customer queries.

As part of our support team, you will manage escalated customer complaints and liaise with garage partners to provide solutions. You will monitor the complaint process from start to finish, ensuring it is resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Resolving escalated customer complaints
  • Liaising with garage partners to agree on solutions and monitor progress
  • Aiming to resolve complaints quickly, working towards agreed service level agreements
  • Monitoring trends in complaints and identifying root causes to suggest improvements to processes
  • Assisting the customer service team in handling general customer queries
  • Tracking and reporting complaint trends to the manager each week
  • Creating action plans to reduce complaints and developing new processes to minimize them
  • Reporting garage and driver escalations
  • Replying to reviews and investigating low NPS scores

Requirements for the role include:

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Minimum 3 years experience in handling customer complaints in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Confidence in own ability to provide solutions
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage workload
  • Proactive approach to dealing with complaints in a timely manner
  • Demonstrable technical knowledge (preferable but not mandatory)
  • Flexibility to meet demands of the role
  • Excellent written communication skills
