We are seeking a Senior Cloud Services Engineer with expertise in AWS to join our team.

As a member of our global managed services team, you will be responsible for proactively managing and troubleshooting enterprise AWS environments using a broad suite of services.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EC2, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, VPC, IAM, and other AWS services.

You will work closely with internal teams and AWS support to drive incident detection, resolution, and escalation, and conduct regular system checks, patching, and upgrades.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be a strong communicator and team collaborator, with a willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • L3 support for AWS workloads in production
  • Monitor and manage AWS services
  • Drive incident detection, resolution, and escalation
  • Conduct regular system checks, patching, and upgrades
  • Maintain service compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and security standards
  • Mentor junior engineers and support L1/L2 escalations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and AWS support
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of IT experience with strong AWS knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with EC2, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, VPC, IAM, etc.
  • Skilled in automation, proactive monitoring, and incident handling
  • Strong communicator and team collaborator
  • Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift
  • AWS Certification preferred (Solutions Architect, SysOps Admin, etc.)
