Job Title: Strategic Growth Initiative Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A bias toward action, ownership, and execution in fast-paced setups.
