Visual Design Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned Visual Designer to drive the visual strategy and execution across our marketing initiatives. This role demands a strategic mindset, user-first approach, and deep understanding of design systems, user research, and digital product delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the visual direction for all marketing touchpoints, including website, events, campaigns, and digital assets. They will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive user experiences and alignment across product communication.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure cohesive user experiences and alignment across product communication.
  • Design Delivery: Manage the planning, tracking, and timely delivery of design projects across multiple initiatives.
  • Research & Insights: Strengthen user research and usability testing practices to inform data-driven design decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and optimize design processes, tools, and documentation for greater efficiency and consistency.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop design talent; foster a strong design culture and build the next layer of leadership within the team.
