Our team seeks a seasoned Graphics Designer to lead our in-house graphics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative and visually appealing designs for educational content.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. They must possess a strong portfolio showcasing Edtech projects and styles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the in-house graphics team to develop creative and visually appealing designs for educational content.
  • Assign tasks to team members, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
  • Oversee digital and print materials creation, including marketing collateral, social media content, website graphics, and educational resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing Edtech projects and styles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
