Mobile Application Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.

Your primary focus will be on building and scaling modern, high-performance mobile applications. You will thrive in an environment where code quality and performance are top priorities.

  • You will develop and maintain Flutter applications with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Apply Clean Architecture and SOLID principles to create modular and testable code.
  • Implement state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Cubit.
  • Optimize rendering, memory usage, and widget build performance.
  • Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years in Flutter/Dart.
  • A deep understanding of Flutter internals, including widget lifecycle, rendering pipeline, and isolate model.
  • Hands-on experience with state management frameworks like Bloc or Cubit.
  • A solid grasp of repository pattern, dependency injection, and layered architecture.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance tuning.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Bonus points will be awarded for:

  • Contributions to Flutter/Dart open-source projects.
  • Prior experience building apps for large-scale, high-concurrency environments.
  • Knowledge of plugin/federated architecture in Flutter.
Interview Process

The interview process will consist of two rounds:

  • Technical Deep Dive (60–75 minutes)
  1. 20–25 questions covering Flutter, Dart, Clean Architecture, performance, and problem-solving.
  2. A hands-on coding challenge focused on widget building and state management.
  • System Design + Architecture (60 minutes)
  1. A discussion on clean architecture, scalability, state management trade-offs, and testing strategy.
  2. Evaluation of problem-solving, clarity, and engineering maturity.
  3. A fast-track hiring process with a 15-day window or immediate onboarding.
