Senior Engineering Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned structural engineer to lead our team of junior professionals. This individual will possess exceptional leadership skills, technical knowledge, and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior engineers in the development of their skills and expertise.
  • Provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and performance reviews for the engineering team.
  • Manage engineering projects from concept through completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents within quality and cost parameters.
  • Conduct technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments for ongoing projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical knowledge in structural engineering design, analysis, and project management.
  • Experience working with software tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, RCDC.
