Lead Oracle Database Migration Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to spearhead our database migration program, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance across various platforms.

  • Design and deploy delta data synchronization strategies for near-zero downtime migration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration processes and outcomes.
Essential Skills:
  • At least 10 years of experience in Oracle Database administration, with at least 5 years in leadership/managerial roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex Oracle migrations in multi-cloud, Exadata, and ExaCC environments.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Exadata administration, migration, and performance tuning.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of GoldenGate for real-time replication.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible for automated DB provisioning.
