Creative Visual Specialist

We are on the lookout for a skilled and meticulous Graphic Designer to craft innovative visual solutions that elevate our brand's offerings in the personal care space.
Our vision is to revolutionize the industry by providing customers with unique, high-quality products made from fresh ingredients like milk, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, flowers, and leaves.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming master creatives into engaging formats for digital advertising platforms and creating stunning adaptations for Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) such as standees, danglers, posters, and shelf strips.
Additionally, this role involves designing and adapting packaging artworks and labels while adhering to strict brand guidelines and ensuring accurate die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles for print-ready files.
This position requires close collaboration with our creative team to develop novel designs that meet customer needs. The successful candidate must possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and an eye for design excellence.
Key requirements include proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, a solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory, as well as strong organizational abilities and familiarity with basic pre-press processes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
- Familiarity with basic pre-press processes and print production.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a design or creative agency, or in-house brand team.
