Observability Solution Designer

This role requires a leader in the field of enterprise-grade observability solutions to drive design and implementation. The right candidate will lead teams to scale with reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build observability solutions using metrics, logs, and traces.
  • Develop custom collectors, exporters, and automation tools using Python programming skills.
  • Implement dashboards & visualizations in Grafana and optimize logging in Splunk data platforms.
  • Manage event streaming pipelines with Kafka architecture.
  • Deploy and monitor observability components in Kubernetes environments.
  • Build & optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Argo CD).
  • Drive DevOps maturity assessments, adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement for organizational growth.
Required Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, AWS, Splunk, Ansible, Terraform technology stacks.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Shell, Groovy, YAML (Flask/Node.js as an advantage).
  • Knowledge of databases (Postgres, MySQL, InfluxDB, Prometheus, RDS, NoSQL) management.
  • Familiarity with storage systems (NetApp, VMAX, Pure, PMAX) configurations.
  • Strong exposure to monitoring tools – Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK, etc.
  • Agile/Scrum/SAFe environment experience for efficient team collaboration.
