About the Position
  • Create and develop visual brand collaterals, marketing campaigns, and product creatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels by developing and implementing visual guidelines.
  • Work on diverse design requirements: digital ads, social media graphics, website visuals, packaging, and merchandise.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
  • Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant, and impactful visuals.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputable design institution.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in design (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and digital graphics.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
