Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Identity Design
    • Develop visual identities including logos, typography, color systems, and guidelines
    • Translate strategy into cohesive design systems across touchpoints
  • Packaging Design
    • Design packaging systems for FMCG, consumer appliances, and lifestyle brands
    • Create packaging balancing visual storytelling, category differentiation, and functional practicality
    • Work on structural packaging concepts with industrial designers
  • Design Thinking and Creative Strategy
    • Apply design thinking methodologies solving client challenges with empathy and innovation
    • Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and co-creation sprints with clients and internal teams
    • Contribute to design strategy presentations, mood boards, and concept pitches
  • Collaboration and Execution
    • Work closely with teams ensuring holistic brand-to-product integration
    • Prepare production-ready artwork and liaise with vendors or printers for packaging execution
    • Stay updated with design trends, materials, printing innovations, and consumer insights
    Requirements
    • 2 to 5 years of experience in visual or graphic design preferably in brand identity and packaging design
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems, packaging design projects, and storytelling
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma, 3D, or structural packaging tools is a plus
    • Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and packaging formats
    • Strong grasp of design thinking principles and ability to articulate design rationale
    • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and functionality
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
