We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our counselling operations. As Senior Leadership Position - Counselling Expertise, you will be responsible for devising strategic processes and driving growth initiatives.

  • Owning regional financial accounts for your team of counsellors.
  • Leading a team of 80-100 counsellors and managers by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving process metrics, creating superior work cultures, bringing strong customer focus and leading business growth.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies for sustainable customer bases and business models.
  • Auditing and implementing operational initiatives and efficiently managing teammates.
  • Leveraging independence and decision-making autonomy to drive the team's exponential growth by owning end-to-end processes from awareness to conversion.

Ideal Candidate would possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in the study abroad industry.
  • 10-12 years of experience managing financial portfolios with teams of 50+ professionals.
  • Experience scaling teams and designing processes across multiple companies, with a strong grasp of technology.
  • Exceptional operational excellence - defining, monitoring and improving processes and metrics.
  • Competence in managing multiple stakeholders across businesses, channel partners, counsellors and operations.
  • Strong client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
