Job Title: Community Liaison

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Community Liaison. This role requires developing and managing content, engaging with the community, and optimizing digital channels to enhance audience interaction and growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong content creation skills, the ability to foster engaging interactions with students and stakeholders, and a deep understanding of social media, audience engagement, and digital content distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management: Develop and plan engaging content for multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to design visually compelling graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Monitor content trends and audience preferences to optimize content strategies.
  • Community Engagement & Growth: Foster an interactive and supportive environment for our community.
  • Build and manage online groups, forums, and social media pages to facilitate discussions and engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and expand audience reach.
  • Channel Management: Oversee and optimize all digital distribution channels.
  • Implement strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and audience retention.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with marketing and academic teams to align content with business goals.
  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, and live sessions to deepen engagement with learners.
  • Gather and analyze community feedback to inform content and service improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in English (Written and Spoken).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content distribution, and engagement strategies.
