ServiceNow ITOM Architect Position

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow architect to design and implement solutions around Service Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM Suite solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
  • Develop and maintain CMDB models and CSDM configurations.
  • Create scripting solutions using JavaScript and Glide.
  • Incorporate integration experiences with REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Analyze data from Monitoring tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics.
  • Ensure cloud awareness for hybrid infrastructure mapping on Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in ITSM/ITOM roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture.
  • Certified in ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for ITOM.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Skills & Tools Required

  • ServiceNow ITOM Suite.
  • CMDB modeling and CSDM.
  • Scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
  • Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Monitoring tools: Splunk, AppDynamics.
  • Cloud awareness (Azure, AWS, GCP).
