Job Summary:

As a specialist in the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module, you will provide technical support and guidance to users. This includes resolving complex issues, reviewing root cause analysis, and providing documentation prepared by support analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extensive Experience: In-depth knowledge of the JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module
  • Techno-functional Skills: Ability to resolve issues through techno-functional skills
  • Support for Interfaces: Support for interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive pay, and Labelling solutions, Oracle APS
  • Customized Manufacturing Accounting: Ability to understand highly customized manufacturing accounting processes
  • Application Testing: Application testing for all system changes and projects
  • Knowledge Transfer: Knowledge transfer and other support-related activities
  • Second-level Support: Second-level support for resolution of service requests and system defects
  • High-severity Issues: Key involvement in the resolution of high-severity user issues and system defects
  • Review and Approval: Review and approve root cause analysis, workarounds, and support
  • Guidance and Expertise: Provide guidance and expertise to support analysts in resolving very complex issues
  • Lifecycle of the Support Call: Interact with business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call from initiation till closure
  • JDE Level 2 Application Support: Resolving all JDE level 2 application support calls logged thru Help desk
  • Regular Interaction: Regular interaction with JDE development and CNC Admin support team to involve them in resolving issues
  • Ownership of Support Tickets: Own the support tickets pertaining to their respective modules till closure
  • On-call Support: Provide on-call support after business hours for high-severity issues
