Electrical Sales Specialist Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to develop and manage new key accounts while maintaining existing client relationships.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with clients to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Provide technical and commercial proposals to clients, ensuring timely order execution and collections in line with company policies.
  • Analyze customer requirements to prepare comprehensive solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate pre-order and after-sales support agreements with clients.
  • Manage tender preparation, including coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, including monthly invoicing and collection.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or diploma in Electrical Engineering with relevant industry experience (7-12 years for graduates, 12+ years for diploma holders).
  • Strong background in handling contractors, OEMs, retailers, and utility companies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in LV Switchgear, Transmission & Distribution Equipment.
  • Liaise effectively with overseas principals, local consultants, and contractors.
