Plant Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring alignment with sales targets and efficient use of resources. They will also be responsible for leading, training, and motivating a team of employees, promoting a culture of safety, morale, and productivity.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive production strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Manage resource consumption, including manpower, machines, materials, and budget allocation.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management on key developments and progress.
Responsibilities:
