  • Lab Data Scientist: Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical lab data expertise, providing support for Laboratory Data Management (LDM) tasks and meeting external client data reporting needs. Key responsibilities include developing new systems and processes related to electronic data transfer, configuring business rules and master data in study and laboratory information systems, and understanding and complying with core standard operating procedures.">

    • • Provide technical leadership and expertise in Python programming, data analysis, and review and processing.">

    • • Independently take up and manage Python programming activities, including creating and reviewing data management documents, training junior staff in DM expertise, and ensuring service and quality meet agreed-upon timelines and deliverables.">

    • • Develop strong communications and working relationships with the LDM team, serving as a back-up for other Data Team Leads, interacting with internal and external team members to negotiate timelines and responsibilities, and performing other duties as directed by the functional manager.">

    • • Manage project timelines and quality issues, identifying and justifying out-of-scope client requests, assisting internal teams with data entry, review, and validation of laboratory reports, and performing comprehensive quality control and edit check procedures.">

    • • Support service delivery through comprehensive process and technical expertise, executing projects that involve identifying and resolving issues, effectively working on corrective and preventive action plans.">

    • • Train and mentor junior staff in DM expertise and develop good communications and working relationships with the LDM team.">

    • • Ensure that all specification and design documentation are filed and stored according to company policy and ensure that internal and external customer queries are timely addressed and resolved effectively.">

    • • Perform other duties as directed by the functional manager.">

    • • Work with customers, scientific team, data managers, and internal team members to manage issue escalation, workload projections, and provide technical expertise.">

    • • Interact and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure that timelines are met and that data is delivered following company guidelines and regulatory compliance.">
