Job Overview:

The Senior Clinical Data Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing project-specific and departmental document management activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates project-specific documents to ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies.
  • Coordinates database design through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) leading to robust outcomes.
  • Conducts procedure verification as part of database validation.
  • Develops, reviews, processes, and tracks Data Clarification Forms and updates clinical databases for ensuring data validity according to the protocol.
  • Performs manual data listings as needed.
  • Maintains documentation for audits.
  • Trains subordinates on project and process-specific procedures.
  • Serves as a backup for Data Manager.
  • Assists in developing and reviewing departmental SOPs.
  • Performs quality control functions for departmental activities.
  • Ensures SOP compliance in project deliverables.
