Job Opportunity: Cybersecurity Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity professional to join our team. As a specialist in IT and OT security, you will play a pivotal role in protecting our organization's systems from cyber threats.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive security program for both IT and OT environments.
  • Conducting regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Developing and enforcing security policies, procedures, and best practices for both IT and OT domains.
  • Overseeing incident response activities for both IT and OT, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Mandatory Skills
  • Extensive experience in IT and OT security.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard security frameworks and protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in relevant industries, such as manufacturing or utilities.
  • Certifications in IT security (e.g., CISSP) and OT security (e.g., IEC 62443).
  • Knowledge of advanced metering infrastructure and industrial control systems.
