Staff Nurse NICU Role

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our NICU team at Rhea Healthcare Private Limited. The ideal candidate will possess a BSc Degree, or GNM with relevant experience in NICU.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Nursing: Possess a solid understanding of Principles of Basic Nursing, Technical Nursing, and Human Anatomy.
- Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Manual Dexterity: Demonstrate manual dexterity and fine motor skills to perform various nursing tasks.
- Team Building: Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting team building, communication, and cooperation.
- Initiative: Take initiative to identify and address patient needs, ensuring high-quality care.
- Procedural Systems: Familiarize yourself with procedural systems and protocols to ensure efficient patient care.
- Patient Safety: Prioritize patient safety by adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Drug Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Moral Support: Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Computer Literacy: Possess basic computer skills to effectively utilize electronic medical records and other hospital systems.
