Job Overview


We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Nursing Staff Member with a BSc in Nursing to join our team at Spandana Hospital. This is an entry-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care services. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in delivering top-quality patient care services in patients' homes based in Bangalore.


Qualifications and Skills



  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) with active nursing license.
  • 1 to 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care services.
  • Strong patient care skills, with a focus on providing compassionate and empathetic care.
  • Comprehensive medical knowledge relevant to patient care and home healthcare settings.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle various clinical situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Roles and Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, following individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes or concerns to the supervising healthcare provider.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, post-hospital care, and preventive health measures.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective patient support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for the patient, adhering to infection control protocols and best practices.
