Real Estate Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Expert to join our team in Thane. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their goals.
About Us: Nobroker is a leading full-stack player in the prop-tech space, offering end-to-end services that cater to every real estate need of our customers. We recently achieved unicorn status by becoming the first prop-tech player in India to reach a $1 billion valuation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend qualified leads generated by our Presales team, meeting clients, and presenting tailored options to bring them through a no-pressure education-based presentation on buying or investment.
- Develop rapport and get to know the client, finding out about their goals and vision for the future.
- Educate clients on property investment, making them aware of available incentives and opening their eyes to different strategies for pursuing their objectives.
- Manage relationships, assist clients through the decision-making process, and follow up with communication to foster long-term relationships both pre- and post-sales.
- Represent the Nobroker brand with integrity at all times, aiming to bring consistent value to all clients you come into contact with.
- Seek referrals and networking to grow your own suite of clients.
- Conduct surveys to identify prices of competing properties.
Key Skills:
- An above-average ability to convert and close sales opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- In-depth knowledge about the location/city you have applied for.
- A positive attitude for doing meetings each day, meeting new people, and someone who enjoys doing sales.
- Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage.
- The ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects.
- High levels of passion and ownership.
- A passion for the real estate market and a hunger for sales.
