About the Job
  • We are seeking a skilled Risk Lead to join our team, responsible for managing audits and ensuring the effective execution of audit activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your knowledge and experience to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including CSO Senior Mgmt, executives, subject matter experts from IS PS area, CSO Embedded Risk Teams, Central Audit Function CAF, and ISO/TISO Community.
  2. Maintain effective communication flow between parties involved during and after internal or external audits, ensuring timely completion of findings lifecycle events, including creating entries in GFMS on behalf of experts.
  3. Review and approve GFMS-related documents, such as action and finding closures, extension of target date of action and findings, risk acceptance, etc., and provide constructive feedback.
  4. Perform quality control and quality assurance reviews of data analysis, questionnaires, survey responses, and risk assessment reports.
  5. Coordinate and collaborate with auditors and subject matter experts to ensure timely and appropriate responses to audit requests.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiar with audit methodology and thinking, understands audit terms, and can translate them.
  • Strong focus on details, good performance under high time pressure, used to working in an international environment with stakeholders around the world.
  • Experienced in organizing and facilitating meetings, summarizing complex issues to show results and actions.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Power point.
