About the Role

Our organization is seeking a seasoned UX Designer with a strong emphasis on user-centred design to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs and behaviours, mapping workflows, and designing intuitive experiences.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in translating requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize usability and clarity. You should also have experience using AI-powered design tools to accelerate UI generation.

In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs. Additionally, you will contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency across devices and platforms.

We are looking for someone who can apply accessibility and usability best practices in all design outputs and present designs clearly and thoughtfully to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to understand behaviours, needs, and pain points of both end-users and content creators.
  • Create production-ready UI designs, including supporting graphics, illustrations, and icons when needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
Requirements
  • 4–5 years of experience as a UX Designer, with strong emphasis on UX.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving and UX thinking behind your designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Lottie).
  • Experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Cursor) to accelerate UI generation.
