Job Summary
About the Role:This is a key leadership position responsible for driving innovation and growth in Debit Card products. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-impact initiatives that maximize revenue and optimize costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business results;
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product solutions, from conception to launch;
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product development and go-to-market strategies;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes;
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives;
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer-facing products;
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact initiatives that maximize revenue and optimize costs;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience;
