Senior AI Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI professional to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in AI/ML model development, data management, and engineering services integration. They will also have excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • AI Model Development:
    • Design, develop, and deploy AI models that meet business objectives and enhance product development workflows, engineering services, and organizational processes.
    • Ensure models are transparent, interpretable, and regularly updated to maintain their effectiveness.
  • Data Management & Quality:
    • Collect, clean, and preprocess large-scale structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
    • Ensure data relevance, accuracy, and quality while detecting and removing bias.
  • Engineering Services Integration:
    • Apply AI to improve hardware verification, software testing, and security checking processes.
    • Automate account marketing, CRM, and organizational workflows using AI.
  • AI Deployment & Monitoring:
    • Deploy models into real-world environments with emphasis on scalability and reliability.
    • Monitor performance, retrain, and refine models as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Research & Collaboration:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and automation.
    • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI adds measurable business value.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical expertise in AI/ML model development, data management, and engineering services integration.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to design, develop, and deploy AI models that meet business objectives.
  • Experience with data management, data preprocessing, and data quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of AI deployment and monitoring techniques.
