Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's capacity and enabling its growth.

This role combines functional training with broader impact, involving building partnerships, improving delivery visibility, and enhancing team collaboration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions, creating structured onboarding plans, and curating training content that integrates business best practices.

They will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, align content with project requirements, and schedule training delivery in sync with onboarding cycles.

  • Training Delivery
  • Deliver impactful functional training sessions for new joiners in procurement and sourcing functions.
  • Use case-based, interactive, and practical training methods tailored to real business scenarios.
  • Training Design & Curation
  • Design structured onboarding and functional training plans based on role levels.
  • Curate and update training content by integrating business best practices and evolving industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Work closely with business leaders, operations managers, and L&D to identify training needs and align content to project requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate training delivery in sync with onboarding cycles and business timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in functional training or operations in procurement and sourcing domain.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP), and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree.
