We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in setting up the new transaction testing function within Enterprise Data Risk Management.

The successful candidate will develop a risk-based approach to determine the prioritization and cadence of reviews for transaction testing of regulatory reports via comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Key responsibilities include analyzing large datasets to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and gaps in reported values, implementing transaction testing across regulatory reports, and preparing 2LoD transaction testing review reports.

In addition, the candidate will stay abreast of changes in banking regulations and reporting requirements to ensure transaction testing aligns with current mandates, regulations, industry standards, emerging trends, and overall best practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, or other related discipline is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in regulatory reporting team, audit, compliance, or risk management within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are important.
  • Adept verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex problems and ideas clearly and succinctly to senior management.
