Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative professional with 7+ years of experience to lead interior design projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative design concepts for various spaces in line with client requirements, budget, and project timelines.
  • Plan and design layouts that optimize space usage while maintaining aesthetics, functionality, and safety standards.
  • Select and source appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design vision.
  • Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and requirements, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D design in SketchUp, CAD drawings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • C coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.
  • Manage a team of junior designers and set design directions for them to take the project forward. Check drawings and set standards for detail drawings.
  • Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, as needed
  • Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to bring fresh and modern ideas to projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in design aesthetics, space planning, and material selection.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve design and construction-related challenges on-site.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changes in project scope or client preferences.
