About Our Design Team

We are a collaborative group of professionals who share a passion for creating modern and contemporary architecture + interiors.

Job Role:

This full-time on-site position involves assisting in space planning, creating construction drawings, and supporting the interior design process. The selected candidate will work on selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) while coordinating with architects and contractors to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in space planning and create accurate 2D and 3D construction drawings
  • Support interior design process and select FF&E that aligns with client requirements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects and contractors to deliver successful projects

Requirements:

Education: A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required

Software Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Rhino, SketchUp, and V-Ray for 3D modeling and rendering
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD for construction drawings and detailing
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for presentation layouts

Technical Skills:

  • Create high-quality 3D models, realistic material applications, lighting, and photorealistic renders
  • Understand space planning, interior detailing, and joinery design principles
  • Prepare detailed presentation boards and visual concepts

Design Skills:

  • Strong eye for aesthetics, colour, material selection, and composition
  • Translate conceptual ideas into detailed and engaging visualizations

Soft Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Time management and adaptability

Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in interior design or a related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Skills in Space Planning and Interior Design
  • Knowledge of Interior spaces and Construction Drawings
  • Experience with FF&E selection and coordination
  • Proficiency in design software
