Excel Reporting Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Excel reporting specialist to join our team. As an Excel reporting specialist, you will be responsible for creating and analyzing complex reports, generating presentations, and maintaining databases using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data for effective presentation in master Excel spreadsheets.
  • Report Generation: Design and generate reports, diagrams, and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • System Administration: Apply system administration principles and practices to ensure efficient database maintenance.
  • Computer Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Access, and PowerPoint with expertise.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving: Leverage strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Organization & Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
