Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Advanced Data Systems Team Lead to spearhead the development and delivery of high-performance, scalable data solutions. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for designing and optimizing data architectures for mission-critical Tier 1 systems.

This role requires deep expertise in deploying real-time and batch processing systems, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to architect scalable topologies, tune critical components, and ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-scale, mission-critical systems with real-time and batch workloads, as well as extensive experience in designing and implementing data architectures for large-scale, distributed systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in delivering advanced data systems or similar solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Deep knowledge of performance tuning for data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Flink) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, data lakes).
  • Expertise in data architecture tools and platforms, including data modeling (e.g., ERD, dimensional modeling), data lakes (e.g., Delta Lake, Iceberg), and data warehouses (e.g., Databricks, Dremio, DuckDB, Trino).
