Job Title: Calibration Engineer Trainer

Our organization seeks an experienced Calibration Engineer to lead and implement training programs focused on calibration and qualification of critical instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on the calibration of laboratory and process instruments, including temperature, pressure, flow meters, balances, HPLC/GC systems.
  • Advise employees on preventive maintenance best practices to ensure instrument reliability and performance.
  • Train participants on the correct use and handling of reference standards during calibration activities.
  • Ensure thorough understanding and application of cGMP, ISO, and regulatory documentation requirements for calibration and maintenance records.
  • Develop customized modules on corrective action planning, deviation handling, and troubleshooting in calibration processes.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops, simulations, and assessments for real-world application.
  • Customize training content to meet industry-specific requirements in medical devices, pharma, biotech, and automotive sectors.
  • Keep training content up-to-date with the latest standards, guidelines, and calibration technologies.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in calibration of instruments: temperature, pressure, flow, balances, HPLC/GC.
  • Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of reference standards and traceability.
  • cGMP, ISO 17025, and related compliance documentation expertise.
  • Corrective and preventive action (CAPA) planning for calibration-related deviations.
  • Industry experience in medical devices, pharma, biotech, and automotive calibration practices.
  • Excellent communication, training, and mentoring skills.
