Web Analyst Role

We seek an experienced and skilled Web Analyst to lead tracking and analytics for our web platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Design and implement a comprehensive measurement framework to inform business decisions.
  • Tracking Infrastructure: Configure and maintain tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Mixpanel, and OneTrust Consent Platform.
  • User Behavior Analysis: Define and implement event tracking, user flow analysis, and conversion tracking to understand user behavior.
  • Dashboards and Reports: Build custom dashboards and reports to monitor site performance and key metrics.
  • Tracking Accuracy: Track critical user behaviors, optimize tracking for multi-step conversion funnels, and ensure tracking accuracy.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Web Analytics Experience: Proven experience in web analytics and tracking implementation.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on expertise with GTM, Mixpanel, and consent management platforms.
  • Analytics Methodologies: Strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Privacy Laws: Familiarity with privacy laws and their impact on tracking and data collection.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
