Senior Technology Strategist

Our organization is developing an innovative solution to automate critical aspects of homecare fulfillment. This project aims to address one of healthcare's most operationally complex and high-impact problems by building scalable systems, leveraging generative AI, DevOps, and AIOps.

We are seeking a hands-on technology leader with deep expertise in building and deploying large-scale systems, AI/GenAI pipelines, and large language models. The ideal candidate will have experience driving technology vision and execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop core systems powering homecare fulfillment
  • Develop and deploy AI/GenAI pipelines for automation, decision support, and caregiver workflows
  • Own the lifecycle of large language models—fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production
  • Identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation across workflows
  • Ensure systems meet HIPAA, SOC-2, and DPDP standards from inception
  • Remain deeply technical, contributing to code, architecture, and experimentation

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, with strong exposure to AI/ML in production
  • Proven expertise in GenAI, LLMOps, and large-scale model deployment
  • Strong skills in Python, FastAPI, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud-native infrastructure (GCP/AWS)
  • Experience building end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, training, inference, and monitoring
  • Knowledge of data security, compliance frameworks, and scalable system design
  • Execution-first mindset: comfortable iterating quickly while building toward long-term scalability
  • Past experience as a CTO or Founding Engineer at a startup is mandatory
