Product Manager - Transaction Monitoring

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Transaction Monitoring efforts and drive business growth.

  • Postgraduate degree in Management/Statistics/Mathematics or Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in Transaction Monitoring, with at least 5 years focused on financial crime threat mitigation tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a focus on technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, technical roadmaps, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience managing Transaction Monitoring tools to mitigate financial crime risk is essential.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills are required.

Certifications from the ACAMS - Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists or equivalent are preferred. Certification in Project Management is also an advantage.
