We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Manager to lead a team of engineers in identifying and resolving complex network issues for our clients. Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of people management experience, with a proven track record of effectively managing escalations, prioritizing workloads, delegating tasks, and delivering results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations of a team of Technical Support Engineers to ensure they meet company goals and objectives
  • Provide mentorship and direction to the team to deliver on company goals and objectives
  • Ensure that the team has the resources and processes necessary for successful and sustained performance

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the team, as well as collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives. If you have experience in leading a team of Technical Support Engineers or similar, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • At least three years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage escalations of complex problems, prioritize a demanding workload, delegate appropriately, and deliver results under pressure
